Returns

Many pieces are made to order for you, and are individual creations, which is why these items from Kanijune are not eligible for exchange or return. Earrings are excluded from exchange and return for hygiene reasons. We hope for your understanding!

However, if there is anything wrong with your piece or you are dissatisfied, please let us know and write an email to hello@kanijune.de. We will see what we can do for you.

For all returns by mail, a fee of €3.50 will be charged, which will be deducted from the refunded total amount. The refund will be made in the same way as the payment. We ask that the returned items are clean and unworn.

This is how the return works: Contact us with your order number (indicated on your order confirmation) via email at hello@kanijune.de and explain why you want to return the item(s). We will then send you a return label as soon as possible, which you can use to send your order back to us. Once your shipment has arrived, we will refund the amount minus the shipping costs in the same way you paid.

Bring the package to the nearest post office with the new return label. Important: You cannot drop off the package at a parcel station or a DHL package shop, as these are small shipments that can only be dropped off at a post office.
